About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Supply Technician (Tools and Parts Attendant) NJ-2005-02 to work at the 412th Logistics Readiness Squadron, at Edwards AFB, in Edwards, CA.
The mission of the 412th Logistics Readiness Squadron is to provide sustainable integrated logistics support and repeatable world-class customer service In support of the Air Force community. The incumbent shall serve as the Tools and Parts attendant for the Vehicle Management Flight.

Typical 2026 salary range: $47,490 - $84,689 per year (includes locality)

Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of supply functions, operations, program requirements, and work methods.
- Knowledge of data entry and processing of supply transactions in an automated supply system.
- 1 year of appropriate specialized experience to at least next lower grade level.
Major Duties:
- Required to work all facets of supply management, equipment management, inventory management, and tool and parts attendant.
- Conducts extensive searches for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions and patterns.
- Provides supply support for production, overhaul, repair, or other operations for equipment and/or parts requiring special handling.
- Responds to specific case requests from offices/individuals desiring additional identification data, verification, and/or comparison of one-of-a-kind item or when deviations from normal supply procurement and acquisition action are required.
- Determines stock levels needed for recurring, specialized items based on usage, inventory, project demands, seasonal demands, changing customer needs, and projected depletion.
- Provides technical assistance and guidance to coworkers and employees on the regulatory requirements for submitting and processing a wide variety of supply transactions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship

- Obtain & maintain Security clearance
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical
- Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents, reports spreadsheets, databases and graphs.
- Ability to research, compile and analyze supply information and data; receive, screen review, verify and maintain supply documents; and resolve discrepancies.
- Knowledge of governing supply regulations, policies, procedures, techniques and methods.
