About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a full-time position Management Analyst (NH-0343-02) to work at the 412 Test Wing, 412 Electronics Warfare Group (412 EWG/EWB) at Edwards Air Force Base.
Serves as the Command Office Support Staff Analyst and Management Consultant to the Electronic Warfare Group (EWG) Commander/Director. Directs, oversees, and executes comprehensive administrative, readiness, and organizational support programs. Interfaces directly with all EWG leadership echelons and synchronizes operations with squadron-level administrators to optimize internal procedures and ensure mission readiness.

Typical 2026 salary range: $47,490 - $113,185 per year (includes locality)
Travel Requirements: Approximately 5 days per year
Areas of Consideration (AOC): Department – wide (DoD)
Desired Skills:
o 2 years of experience independently owning and administering assigned processes and programs with minimal supervision desired
o 2 years of experience proactively coordinating with and supporting senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders desired
o 2 years of experience implementing continuous process improvement or organizational development initiatives in a military administrative environment desired
Major Duties:
- Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs, ensuring unit program compliance with federal laws, military regulations, department policies, and group commander directives.
- Serves as the group unit training manager (UTM) responsible for identifying, managing, and implementing training, continuous education, and professional development programs.
- Serves as the organizational alternate point of contact for military administration.
- Assists the commander/director in the comprehensive management of all executive and administrative support program functions, while performing key analytical, clerical, and administrative work in support of the wider organization.
- Develops, establishes, updates, and maintains structured office procedures and official records and files of various types to ensure effective, compliant, and efficient operation of the office in accordance with records management regulations.

- U.S. Citizenship
