About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time MANAGEMENT ANALYST (NH-0343-03) to work at the 412th Logistics Readiness Squadron, at Edwards AFB, in Edwards, CA
The mission of the 412th Logistics Readiness Squadron is to provide agile logistics support to the center of the aerospace testing universe and its global combat mission.

Typical 2026 salary range: $104,349 - $161,313/per year (includes locality)

- Knowledge of priorities, commitments, policies, and program goals of the organization and skill in tracking progress in meeting program objectives and the effective utilization of resources.
- Ability to plan and execute complex, multi-faceted projects simultaneously and communicate orally and in writing.
Major Duties:
- Designs and conducts comprehensive research and analysis studies related to military and civilians in the areas of manpower, personnel, awards, commercial activities studies (A-76), and/or special projects.
- Develops detailed plans (many without precedent and long-range) and directs or conducts comprehensive management studies to identify problems and propose solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Anticipates problems, develops sound solutions and action plans to ensure program/mission accomplishment.
- Gathers data and prepares written reports/or briefings.
-Serves as the organizational Security Manager. Implements DOD, USAF, and MAJCOM policies and develops local procedures.
-Conducts reviews and damage assessments. Reviews security incidents and assists in determining appropriate corrective action.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period
- Upon completion of your probationary/trial period, your employment will be terminated unless you receive certification, in writing, that your continued employment advances the public interest
- Obtain & maintain Security clearance
- Knowledge of all aspects of the principles, policies, concepts, methodology, operations, products, services, needs, and goals of the program(s) and the organizations studied or served.
- Ability to work independently on difficult issues, recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.
- 1 year of appropriate specialized experience to at least next lower grade level.
