About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Management Analyst (NH-0343-02) to work at the 412 Test Wing, 412 Operations Group (412 OG/CSS) at Edwards AFB.
Serves as Management Analyst for the 412th Operations Group Commander, Deputies, Technical Advisor and other Command Support Staff by developing and managing various 412th Operations Group initiatives and programs; to monitor the progress of the OG and its subordinate organizations in meeting program objectives, goals and plans; to integrate new initiatives into existing plans and programs making necessary adjustments and modifications; and to ensure long and short terms goals are met. Also serves as the Unit Deployment Manager for the 412th Operations Group Commander. Ensures unit members remain at a high level of deployment readiness. Meets requirement by planning, directing, organizing, and evaluating members deployment and training readiness to meet mission objectives.

Major Duties:
-Plans, organizes, directs and executes the activities of the 412th Operations Group, Commander’s workflow and task management system to ensure the compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
-Monitor and track high-priority actions including Officer/Enlisted Performance Reports, military decorations, electronic Staff Summary Sheets, and workflow tasks.
-Unit Deployment Manager (UDM). Proficiency in tracking, updating, and reporting unit deployment readiness utilizing key military databases such as ART, SORTS, DRRS, and LOGMOD in strict accordance with Air Force Instructions.
- Effectively conducts training to familiarize personnel with specific duties and requirements during real world and exercise conditions. Serves as the organization's focal point for all actions concerning War Readiness and Disaster Preparedness Plans. Plans and programs logistics support requirements for personnel and equipment for wartime, contingency, and humanitarian events
-Managing military protocol, coordinating VIP/Distinguished Visitor (DV) visits, and planning official military ceremonies such as, changes of command, promotions, and retirements.
-Performs a wide variety of administrative, analytical, and staff support. Performs day-to-day operations including: responding to requests for assistance; tasking action where possible, or determining or follow up on appropriate action organization; assisting with planning, directing, and organizing functions assigned to or directed by the 412th Operations Group Commander, Deputies, and Technical Director.
-Assist with monthly/quarterly meetings with all Operations Group organizational executive officers and representatives to ensure consistency and continuity is maintained on all Test Wing policies and procedures and initiates new courses of action, if necessary. Schedules, coordinates, and develops slides for weekly/monthly staff meetings/commander’s call. Establishes the format/agenda for daily OG stand-up management meetings.
