About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a full-time Inventory Management Specialist NH-2010-02 to work at the 412th Test Wing, 412th Electronic Warfare Group, 445th Test Squadron (445 TS/EWJX) at Edwards Air Force Base.
Provide support and processes for ground test support services, engineering, operations, maintenance, drafting, safety, environmental compliance, and space allocation. The primary purpose of this position is to perform tasks associated with supply operations and material control support pertaining to specialized or unique supplies, equipment, and parts requiring unusual degrees of protection in shipment and storage, or other items that are unique to the organization's mission.

Typical 2026 salary range: $47,490 - $113,185 per year (includes Locality)
Travel Requirements: Subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY) by military or commercial aircraft approximately 60 days per year.
Areas of Consideration (AOC): Department – wide (DoD)
Desired Skills:
• 2 years of experience in managing CA/CRL, ADPE, and SPRAM accounts desired.
• 1 year of experience as a Primary or Alternate equipment custodian desired.
• 1 year of experience using inventory management systems (such as DPAS) desired.
• Demonstrated experience managing Hazardous Material and HAZCOM programs desired.
Major Duties:
- Works independently on assigned tasks. Duties include inventory management control of Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) equipment sub-accounts in support of test systems and subsystems.
- Provides EWG personnel logistics support in generating purchase requests for supplies and/or equipment required for mission support and test programs.
- Participates in planning meetings and provides inventory management acquisition solutions, costs, and schedules.
- Perform other duties as necessary to meet organization requirements to promote safe work environment, protection of information and government property.

- Obtain & maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance

- Knowledge of applied Inventory Management principles, guidelines, procedures, techniques, and practices.
- Knowledge of acquisition processes, automated records and control systems, material substitution criteria, storage, issue and disposal processes.
- Skill to interpret and apply common analytical methods and techniques to resolve procedural Inventory Management problems and issues.
- Skill to interpret, adapt, and apply a broad range of Inventory Management guidelines.
