About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Electronics Engineer (NH-0855-03) to work at the 96 TW Air Force SEEK EAGLE Office (AFSEO) (96 SK/SKI) at Eglin Air Force Base. In the AFSEO (96 TW SK), there are multiple positions open in the Electromagnetic Compatibility Branch.
We test and evaluate state-of-the-art weapon systems, provide quality installation and mission support, and serve as responsible stewards of our resources to deliver war-winning capabilities.

Location: Valparaiso, FL (Eglin Air Force Base)
Typical 2026 salary range: $89,508 - $138,370 per year (includes Locality)
Travel Requirements: Subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY) by military or commercial aircraft approximately 30 days per year.

Desired Skills:
- Experience performing electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) analyses on aircraft and stores which includes testing the actual aircraft and store combination on legacy and 5th generation aircraft.
- Experience of working in a testing environment and using and setting up equipment to support testing.
- Experience in using computational electromagnetic (CEM) programs, and other Computer aided design (CAD) programs. CST and NX 11 experience are preferred.
- Writing technical products with supporting data to support your end analysis of said product.
Major Duties:
- Work on multiple projects at one time, and support Electromagnetic Interference/Compatibility (EMIC) testing supporting those projects.
- Review technical data, previous rationales, Application tools, CEM modeling and referencing Military Standards (MIL-STD-461/464) to support the writing and reviewing of new technical rationale.
- Work with outside and internal teams to schedule and conduct EMIC testing in support of project completion.
Qualifications/Requirements:

- Obtain & maintain required security clearance
- Possess/Ability to obtain required DAWIA certification within 3 years
- Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
- Must possess a degree in Engineering Technology qualifying for this position. Incumbent must possess a -professional engineering degree from an accredited school of engineering.
- Knowledge of professional aerospace engineering concepts, principles, practices, standards, methods, techniques, materials, and equipment to effectively apply advanced engineering theories, principles, and concepts to project development, execution, and advisory services.
