About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Production Controller (Aircraft), Plans, Scheduling and Documentation (NJ-1152-03) to work at the 412th Maintenance Group, Maintenance Operations (412 MXG/MXOOS) at Edwards Air Force Base, CA.
Central agency for scheduling, documentation, management, monitoring, and developing strategies for aerospace vehicles, engines, armament/munitions, missiles, space systems, AGE, and selected equipment inventory. Ensures aerospace vehicles and supporting equipment are managed and documented in accordance with established policy and advises maintenance leadership on fleet health.

Major Duties:
- Manages the overall real time coordination and integration of maintenance resources and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance actions including real time updates to data.
- Directs, controls, and maintains status on assigned aircraft, aircraft subsystems, and support equipment, physical movement of aircraft and coordinates maintenance schedules and priority changes.
- Develops plans for specific repair or modification projects or operations, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements. This includes collecting supporting specifications, maintenance interval requirements, and historical data, and/or compiling estimates of requirements for specific skills, labor hours, and materials.
- Schedules time compliance technical order actions to reduce TCTO backlogs and effect timely modification of product. Reviews technical order requirement to ensure their accomplishment is compatible with local scheduled maintenance and operational requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period
