About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time GOLF FACILITY MANAGER(NH-1102-02) to work at the 412th Test Wing, 412th Mission Support Group, 412th Force Support Squadron, Club Muroc (412FSS/FSWG) at Edwards AFB.
To contribute to readiness and improve productivity through Services programs that promote and enhance the wellness, morale, and quality of life for the entire Edwards community.

Typical 2026 salary range: $47,490 - $113,185 Per Year (includes Locality)

Desired Skills:
- 2 years of golf course operations management experience desired
- 2 years of golf pro shop retail and inventory management experience desired
- 2 years of facility capital improvement planning experience desired
Major Duties:
- Exercises supervisory personnel management, planning work, assigning tasks, and evaluating subordinate performance.
- Resolves employee complaints, identifies training needs, manages leave schedules, and ensures EEO compliance.
- Plans, administers, and formulates policies for a complex and innovative installation Golf Program.
- Supervises and coordinates golf programs, lessons, and individual service contracts.
- Conducts surveys and utilizes customer feedback to assess patron satisfaction and improve program effectiveness.
- Develops and manages short- and long-term operating budgets, analyzing financial performance and historical trends.
- Oversees financial operations, retail pricing, inventory management, and internal controls to protect government assets.
- Manages the maintenance, replacement, and improvement of real and installed property inventories.
- Develops and maintains five-year capital requirements and fifteen-year facility renovation plans.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with industry representatives, customers, and functional partners.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
