About the Role:

The Air Force Test Center is looking for Full-TIme Management and Program Analyst NH-0343-2 to work at the 96th Test Wing, 96th SEEK EAGLE Office, Analysis Division (96SK/SKA) at Eglin AFB.

        In this position you will serve as a Program Analyst for the Store Technical and Mass Properties (STAMP) element of the aircraft-stores certification process in the USAF SEEK EAGLE Office.

Announcement Length/Closes: 14 days

Location: Valparaiso, FL(Eglin Air Force Base)

Typical 2026 salary range: $40,736 - $97,087 per year (includes Locality)

Travel Requirements: Subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY) by military or commercial aircraft approximately 60 days per year.

Desired Skills:

- 2 years of experience with munitions, pods, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) principles, or other aircraft store equipment.

- 2 years of experience reviewing technical documentation (Tech Orders, Drawing, technical documents).

- 1 year of experience with basic knowledge of Mass Properties concepts.

Major Duties:

- Collects/verifies accuracy of mass and physical property data for  equipment/stores.

- Assists engineers in resolving Store Technical and Mass Properties related problems.

- Provides recommendations on ways to maximize the efficiency/effectiveness of collecting and documenting STAMP data.

- Coordinates with SEEK EAGLE program managers, engineering store leads and customer technical staffs to understand customer requirements.

- Represents the STAMP discipline during project strategy development meetings.

- Maintains accurate and up-to-date weapon systems/munitions STAMP database.

- Reviews mass/physical property measurement reports and verifies the consistency/accuracy of the reports.

- Identifies nomenclature discrepancies to promote quality configuration management.

- Researches and assesses configuration issues and provides advise to resolve issues.

- Participates in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Obtain & maintain Security clearance.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, and practices related to reporting of mass properties measurements.
  • Skill in providing technical advice in terms of oral and written briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Skill in analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings, technical manuals, and technical data.
  • Skill in identifying and analyzing complex technical problems and developing innovative solution.
