About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Management Analyst(NH-0343-03) to work at the 412 Test Wing, 412 Operations Group, 461 Flight Test Squadron,(461 FLTS/DOOO) at Edwards Air Force Base.
The purpose of this position is to ensure policies and controls directed by Combined Test Force and Flight Test Squadron (FLTS) Commander are enforced to support all of the organizations programs. This position serves as the principal staff advisor to the CTF Leadership Team and FLTS Commander on innovation, automation, and special projects/studies to support the CTF minimal manning structure.

Typical 2026 salary range: $104,349 - $161,313 per year (includes Locality)

Major Duties:
- Serves as the Process Improvement and Automation owner for the CTF/ITF Director and FLTS Commander and functional expert for special projects and studies along with managing complex issues and is the focal point for special projects & studies.
- Serves as the principle advisor to the CTF/ITF Director and FLTS Commander.
- Provides support to management in planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities in the unit.
- Establishes, revises, or reviews policies, procedures, and mission objectives, as necessary to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment.
- Formulates and recommends policies, philosophies, and concepts, and maintains effective working relationships with other base organizations, senior leadership, representatives from Air Force organizations outside the 412 TW to include the program office, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other related civilian organizations.
- Acts as consultant to leadership advising and prioritizing organizational performance goals and objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Obtain & maintain Security clearance
- Knowledge of T&E operations, processes, products, services, needs, and goals of program
- Knowledge of civilian and military administration. Ability to advise leadership using knowledge of personnel management regulations and procedures required to train, direct, mentor
- Knowledge of 412 TW command and organizational structure
