About the Role:
Full Time / 37352/ 4749-WG-09 / Maintenance Worker / 96 TW / 96 CEG / 796CES / CEOHS EGLIN AFB, FL.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training program in Cement Masonry and roofing is desired. A valid Florida driver's license will be required. Four years’ experience as a Mason and Roofer or an equivalent combination of education and experience is desirable but not always required. An understanding of construction principles, safety protocols, and building codes is advantageous. Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks without restrictions (lifting 50 lbs. unassisted frequently). Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential qualities for this role. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications is beneficial.

Typical 2025 salary range: $64,002 - $74,484 per year (includes Locality)
