About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (NH-0343-03) to work at the 412th Test Wing, 412th Maintenance Group (412 MXG/CCE) at Edwards AFB CA
The incumbent serves as the 412 MXG Executive Analyst performing organization and management effectiveness analysis, with the aim of identifying, developing, and communicating viable courses of action to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the MXG. As a staff consultant, makes personal contacts with all levels of management in the 412th Test Wing, AFTC and Higher Headquarters.

Typical 2025 salary range: $104.349-$161,313 per year (includes Locality)

Desired Skills:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is highly desired
- 5+ years previous experience as a Wing, Group or Squadron Level Executive Assistant or Business Manager is highly desired
- 5+ years of Electronics Records Management, Task Management Tool, SharePoint, AcqDemo Cas2Net proficiency is highly desired
Major Duties:
• Oversees and manages development, implementation, operations, and provisions of a wide range of management functions
• Provides advice, counsel or instruction to Group leadership
• Applies knowledge and assesses issues of maintenance and subordinate unit missions, test programs and requirements to determine whether courses of action are ready for the commander's decision
• Prepares documents, briefings, and coordinated actions for the Commander.
• Ensures continuity of strategic communication/direction to internal and external organizations
• Tracks key meetings and communication forums with internal and external organizations
• Manages all internal and external Group taskings
• Serves as pay pool executive and contribution-based compensation and appraisal system (CCAS) data manager
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time
Qualifications/Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Obtain & maintain Secret Security clearance
- Knowledge of the operations, products, services, needs, and goals of the program(s) and the organizations studied or served, and related customers, functions, resources, and users at the MXG, Test Wing, AFTC, AFMC, and AF level.
- Knowledge of personnel policies, practices, and procedures affecting personnel and management actions across the Group, Wing, AFTC, AFMC and AF to facilitate efficient execution of improvement initiatives.
- Skill in written and verbal communication, interpersonal dynamics, and diplomacy are required to obtain willing cooperation, maintain good working relationships, and motivate positive participation of personnel representing conflicting interests or divergent views and backgrounds.
- Ability to research, select and analyze data, use a personal computer to create and update databases, produce quality and productivity indicators/graphic presentations, interpret objective and subjective results, and apply rules, regulations, and procedures.
