Draft Commander
The Draft Commander is a mobile testing device that completes performance checks on fire trucks, pumps, hoses and nozzles. The 96th Test Wing’s fire station personnel tested their nozzles and discovered that 80% of them failed to meet the minimum water flow rates at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The discovery and subsequent update of equipment averted a potential life-threatening situation. (U.S. Air Force photo/Samuel King Jr.)
