David Foster, technical visionary and founder of the Guided Weapons Evaluation Facility, speaks to a small audience of facility members gathered for a ceremony in his honor Dec. 14 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.  During the ceremony, Foster received a momento known as the ‘GWEF cube.’ GWEF members also recalled his contributions and spoke about the legacy he helped make possible.
