AFTC commander, command chief visit Eglin

Blackburn briefed Azzano on the state-of-the-art equipment used to stimulate and rehabilitate the physical and cognitive functions of the brain. Eglin’s ISC, the first on an Air Force base, is a treatment center dedicated to post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, associated pain conditions, and psychological injuries in active-duty service members.
