EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif -- Maj Gen David A. Harris, Air Force Test Center commander published the October 2016 issue of Testing... 1... 2...3, his newsletter to the people of the Air Force Test Center. In this, the third issue of the year, he discussed activities related to the Air Force Test Center Strategic Plan’s fifth goal. By staying involved in the entire process, from developmental planning and keeping abreast of the newest technologies, to standardizing data collection equipment on all the ranges, and efficient funds execution improvement and modernization projects, Air Force Test Center will remain ready to test the future.
