EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif -- A lease-signing ceremony was held for the Center of Excellence with representatives from the Air Force Flight Test Center and the Muroc Joint Unified School District. The lease signing allowed Edwards Air Force Base Civil Engineering personnel to take over responsibility of maintaining the old Edwards Air Force Base Middle School building facility and turning it into an educational center catering to adults, middle school students and high school students.
The Edwards Education and Training Center serves the Edwards Air Force Base community and helps meet the educational and vocational needs of assigned civilians, active duty military personnel and their adult family members.

- Community College of the Air Force Counseling
- Testing Services
- Government Issue Bill Benefit Information
- Commissioning Program Guidance
- Civilian Developmental Education
- Long-Term Full-Time Training
