Civilian Personnel Action Analysis Mentoring Panel set for July 25

The Air Force Materiel Command will host a virtual mentoring panel with the Civilian Personnel Action Analysis Major Command Barrier Analysis Working Group, July 25, at 2 p.m. ET on ZoomGov. It is open to all command personnel.

The event will focus on challenges and opportunities in workplace mentorship, with an emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility as pertaining to the mentoring relationship lifecycle. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of the panelists during the event.

The panel will be hosted by Ronald Ratton, AFMC Command Counsel, and Tammy Lyons, Deputy Director, AFMC Manpower, Personnel and Services Directorate, both of whom also serve as champions for the CPAA MAJBAWG team.   

Additional panelists include:

  • Keith Tickle, Chief, AFMC Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility
  • Col. Sergio Rios, Vice Commander, 78th Air Base Wing
  • Denise Elbert, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center
  • Alexander Romo, Fabrication Flight Production Superintendent, 412th Maintenance Squadron, Air Force Test Center

Jennifer Bauer, Chief, Personnel Programs Division, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, will moderate the event.
