Improve the way you feel and function by participating in the Air Force Move More Challenge. During September and October, Civilian Health Promotion Services will promote and conduct its Move More physical activity challenge. Being physically active is essential to prevent and reduce risks of many diseases and improve physical and mental health. Participants will receive a FREE CHPS performance training t-shirt at the initial check-in with CHPS staff.
