The Air Force Test Center is looking for a full time Supply Technician (NJ-2005-02) to work at the 412 Test Wing, 412 Electronics Warfare Group, EWS Division (412 EWG/EWSL) at Edwards AFB in Edwards, CA.

This position has a typical 2024 salary range of $46,020 - $82,069 (includes locality).

- Candidates must demonstrate clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities. They should be able to convey information clearly, listen actively to customers' needs, and respond appropriately with empathy and professionalism.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues efficiently. They should be proactive in identifying solutions and taking appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Candidates must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and handle various types of customer interactions is crucial. Candidates should be flexible in their approach, capable of multitasking, and willing to learn and adapt to new processes or technologies.

Mission/Purpose:
In this position you will provide routine/ non-routine administrative support within the 412 EWG. Evaluate/ improve the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the organization and associated support functions using records, reports, forms, directives, and management processes.

Major Duties:
- Ensures consistency and appropriate cross referencing for both newly entered and previously entered data.
- Conducts extensive and exhaustive research of catalog databases and information to locate most cost-effective available substitutes and new products.
- Provides supply support for production, overhaul, repair, or other operations for equipment and/or parts requiring special handling.
- Compiles statistics from data requiring substantial analysis, interpretation, and development of new formats.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Obtain & maintain Security clearance
- This is a designated Drug Testing Position
- Must have intensive knowledge of local supply requirements to ensure supply support for test operations, overhaul, repair, or other operations for urgent critical shortages and other special items.
- Must have thorough knowledge of governing supply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Must have knowledge of data entry and processing of supply transaction in an automated supply system.
- Must have knowledge of supply functions, operations, program requirements, and work methods.
