Major General Harris, Air Force Test Center commander, visited the Arnold Engineering Development Complex, Tennessee, for a site immersion tour and meeting with senior Complex leaders. While there, he presided over the ceremony where Colonel Rodney F. Todaro assumed command of the Complex.
