About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Management Analyst (NH-0343-02) to work at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex, 804th Test Group, Hypersonic Systems Test Branch (AEDC/TDH) at Arnold Air Force Base, TN.

This position provides support to Hypersonic Systems Test Branch (AEDC/TDH) efficient management of the Branch functions. It also serves as management support to the organization's operations in one or more vital areas such as task management, information management, document/report preparations, awards and decorations, training, and/or other related activities.


Location: Tullahoma, TN
Typical 2024 salary range: $39,579 - $94,317 (includes locality)
Telework Information: Up to 20% telework possible (must reside in local area)
Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel possible

Desired Skills:
-Experience managing office logistics and organizational projects desired
-Experience tracking and analyzing resource (e.g. financial) performance is desired
-Experience editing and proofreading executive-level documents is desired
-Knowledge of business tools, including Microsoft (MS) Office Suite and MS Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) is desired

Major Duties:
-Maintains and administers Continuity books (i.e. Newcomer's briefings), policies and operating instructions; training programs; supply and equipment inventories; safety and security; shared calendars and inboxes; performance management and awards programs; and in/out Processing guides.
-Manages and monitors unit suspense actions, coordinates responses, and administers project and document tracking and review.
-Proofreads and staffs documents through higher command levels and stakeholders.
-Prepares consolidated analysis on internal financial and staffing plan execution
-Attends, arranges, and conducts meetings, briefings, workshops, and other organizational functions

-U.S. Citizenship
-Obtain & maintain Security clearance (if applicable)
-Knowledge of the overall mission, functions, operations, budgets, resources, and organization; and a variety of principles and processes applicable to the work and administrative operations of the organization.
-Ability to meet and work with customers and organization elements at all grade levels using a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy.
