The Air Force Civilian Service is looking for a Full-Time Management Analyst (NH-0343-02) to work at the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Test Center (AFTC), at the 412th Communications Squadron (SCXX), at Edwards AFB, CA.
This position has a typical 2022 salary range of $41,530 - $98,970 (includes locality).

Telework Information:
• This position is Situational Telework Eligible (must reside in the local area) for UP TO a maximum of 80% of the time. Amount of telework time and telework schedule will be at the discretion of the Selecting Official and implemented after entrance on duty.
In this position, you will envision, plan, develop IT services and provide resource management capabilities to ensure secure information communications for the Edwards AFB aligned with strategic Air Force objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Obtain & maintain a SECRET Security clearance
- Ability to work independently on difficult issues, recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations
- Ability to research, analyze, interpret and apply policies, rules, regulations, and procedures and analyze data/products and knowledge of personnel deployment requirements
- Knowledge of priorities, commitments, policies, and program goals of the organization and skill in tracking progress in meeting program objectives and the effective utilization of resources
- Knowledge of directives governing readiness programs, to include in-depth knowledge of military policies, procedures, rules, guidelines, and publications
